The United States is a country of noesis and identicalness and at one point in time another countries may have seen the United States as a caretaker noesis or land of opportunity because of our worldwide technology, military power, and leadership however, that has drastically denaturized over the past some eld because of the economy, recession, and past leadership skills. 
The United States plays a role in international peacekeeping. Throughout the past another countries have seen the U.S, as a concern noesis because the United States is a country of noesis and opportunity. The United States is known to have the world’s strongest military power.
An article in The New York Times states“the United States should carry peacekeeping operations in another countries. By helping to achieve a more stable, bonded and peaceful world, USA crapper hope that the world’s economy module thrive and individuals in another countries, as substantially as American citizens module benefit.”
If the human race wants a more peaceful concern peacekeeping is the answer. U.S. peacekeeping missions have taken locate in such places as Somalia and East Timor. Many immigrants from every over the concern come to the United States just to receive an education.
For example many immigrants from different countries in Africa, China etc. compete with each another to win scholarships to travel to the U.S. to brighten their futures and receive an education from vine leagues; this goes the same for job opportunities in America.
The United States has continued to front itself over the past 10 – 20 years. The United States has not only advanced in technology, but concern leadership as well. I believe that if the United States is able to defend another countries as substantially as it then that makes it a concern power.
In The World is Flat” Thomas Friedman argues that the idea of making the economic bigger or developing new economic areas and in jobs in the U.S. to replace those that are lost.
Reading that passage from the Friedman article, the message I received is that Friedman is an optimist who relies on growing the global economy. Dr. Anderson reports that “the U.S. has the knowledge to force ourselves down another countries throats weather they want us there or not”
I asked Dr. Anderson in what ways did the election of President Barrack Obama change how the concern sees us? Dr. Anderson responded by saying that “the election of President Obama makes us conscious that the U.S. is not just a country of fools compared to former President George Bush.”
President Obama winning the election has given USA a more pragmatic outlook. “It has given us a more reasonable view of the world. We now have moral authority” (Dr. Anderson).
The United States as we once knew it had absolute power, and unity; over the eld the country’s concern noesis has drastically changed.
